Meet the band
Eli and Jake met in 2012 at Cal Arts, a legendary creative institution of dreams. Eli met Ben through mutual musician friends in the Bay Area, CA, joining his band The TOaG Quartet in 2018. All unique powerful voices come together to create an extraordinary trio take on pop and jazz classics.
Jake Sucher is an Oakland-based guitarist, audio engineer, and composer that performs under the name J Camden. Jake holds a BFA in jazz studies from California Institute of the Arts.
Born in Los Angeles, California, Benjamin has worked for 24 years to become a formidable bassist, composer, band leader, musical director, and educator. After studying under bassists Louis Allen, Dave Culwell, John Heard, and Ivan Johnson, Benjamin moved to San Diego in 2008, continuing his musical education by pursuing a B.A. in Jazz Performance at UCSD, studying under legendary pianist and sax player Kamau Kenyatta.
